You should receive a text or an email stating that your appointment is booked for the requested day 

Remember we cover all home appliance repair and service and cover all of Norfolk and North Suffolk Norwich Wymondham

If on the day you are booked and are only in AM or PM then please let us know so we can tell the system. We try our best to accommodate but cant always cater if we already have had requests on the day your appointment is booked, but we will let you know

The Evening before our system will send an Email/Text to the details provided by you to us. This message will give you a better ETA that we aim to be with you. You will be asked to confirm your appointment. You simply reply with a Y or N to the message. If you do not confirm before 6Am on the day of your appointment the system will not route you in.

You will receive a text message informing you the engineer is on their way to you. This could be from round the corner or further afield but they are making their way to you.

Please make sure any cupboards are clear where your appliance is connected to the utilities. The Engineer will look to fix your appliance without spares. If a part is needed they will inform you first and get your permission to complete the repair. We hold a large stock of parts but some parts may still need to be ordered. Unfortunately we cant hold all 3.2 million spares available with us. (that would be a big van)

Once your visit is complete the Engineer will submit the report and the system will then message you with the invoice details. You can by Card or Bacs. Please note payments are due on day of the appointment.
