You should receive a text or an email stating that your appointment is booked for the requested day. If you have booked online you may have selected a slot, This is just to book you in on that day and not a specific time.
Remember we cover all home appliance repair and service and cover all of Norfolk and North Suffolk Norwich Wymondham, & Midlands
If on the day you are booked and are only in AM or PM then please let us know so we can tell the system. We try our best to accommodate but cant always cater if we already have had requests on the day your appointment is booked, but we will let you know.

The Evening before our system will send a Text to the details provided by you to us. This message will give you a better ETA that we aim to be with you. You will be asked to confirm your appointment. You simply reply with a Y or N to the message. If you do not confirm before 8am on the day of your appointment the system will not route you in and assume you cannot make the appointment.
You will receive a text message informing you the engineer is on their way to you. This could be from round the corner or further afield but they are making their way to you.
If we have let you know we are on our way and no one answers the door, our engineer will move onto the next appointment. Unfortunately we will not call once at the property. This is due to multiple customers telling us they are a couple of minutes away and taking over 30 minutes to arrive which seriously impacts our timings for the day. In a days run we can visit upto 20 customers. if only half delayed us this would add hours to the day. If your not in and have not informed us your appointment it will need to be rebooked.
Please make sure any cupboards are clear where your appliance is connected to the utilities. The Engineer will look to fix your appliance without spares. If a part is needed they will inform you first and get your permission to complete the repair. We hold a large stock of parts but some parts may still need to be ordered. Unfortunately we can't hold all 3.2 million spares available with us. (that would be a big van)
